Damascus, SANA- The Syrian team participating in the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition which was held online in the German city of Cologne, won seven silver and seven bronze medals. The team participating in the competition included scientific cadre from the Center for Applied Physics and Basic Sciences in Lattakia, as well as 14 students. Meeting the participants, Minister of Education, Darem Tabbaa indicated that the event is considered one of the most important in the field of space sciences. Shaza Qreima
