Sisi appoints Adly Zayed head of Administrative Prosecution Authority ...Egypt

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has appointed Counselor Adly Adel Fattah Gad Zayed as president of the Administrative Prosecution Authority (APA) as per Presidential Decree No. 394/2022. The decree will take effect as of September 1. Born in 1952, Zayed obtained a BSc in Law from Ain Shams University in 1974, and joined the APA two years later, serving in various judicial positions. He served at the APA offices in Benha, Alexandria, Tanta, and Shubra El Kheima, where he chaired the APA technical office. He is a member of the Supreme Administrative Prosecution Council.
