FORMER Penn State and Ohio State wide receiver Julian Fleming has suffered serious injuries after a car crash in which his girlfriend was killed.

The 24-year-old was driving an ATV in Pennsylvania with his partner Alyssa Boyd when they hit a deer and veered off the road in a horror smash.

Boyd, 23, who was a student at the University of Alabama suffered “extensive injuries” and died at the scene, cops said.
