If I'm being honest, I wasn't alive when Queen played Live Aid, but the band's music has been playing in my family's house ever since I can remember. How to Make Chicken Dhansak
There are many versions of chicken dhansak online, but we're basing our instructions off the recipe shared by Far Out Magazine.
Add canned tomatoes, followed by chopped aubergine (eggplant), potatoes, spinach and onions and cook briefly. Stir in the lentils, mash slightly, then return the chicken to the pan along with the spices. Simmer the mixture gently for 40 minutes, add fresh coriander (cilantro) and mint, and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
