Next, boil water, salt it, and add rigatoni noodles.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them (save some of the starchy cooking water) and add them to the pan, stirring well to coat everything. Drizzle in some olive oil, then add in the chile, egg and cheese mixture, plus some pasta cooking water to help the sauce come together. Cook everything together for a couple of minutes to make sure the pasta is coated, the sauce is creamy and the eggs are cooked.

How to Make This Pasta Your Own
Adding in vegetables, like peas or spinach (or both) will add some freshness and extra texture. While Ramsay used rigatoni for this dish, feel free to choose your own pasta shape adventure.
