Offense
QB Caleb Williams | D+
I came into this one hoping Caleb Williams would end the season on a heater and break some records to give us warm and fuzzy feelings in an otherwise disastrous season. That didn’t happen. Tonight was one of Williams’ worst games of the season. Williams was inaccurate and ineffective, finishing with one of his lowest offensive outputs of the season.

Once again, the rushing game stunk. Two teams entered the game with struggling rushing attacks; one thrived, and the other was the Bears. D’Andre Swift ran for 41 yards on 11 carries, and Roschon Johnson was useless.
WR DJ Moore | C
DJ Moore has become a line-of-scrimmage merchant this season, which isn’t his fault, but it’s absolute negligence that has neutralized a legitimate weapon for the Chicago offense.
WR Rome Odunze | F
Rome Odunze played the Cole Kmet role today with three targets. He caught one. One was a Williams overthrow.
WR Keenan Allen | D
Whenever I get comfortable with the idea of a Keenan Allen extension, he has a timely drop and a clunker of a game that makes me hope he doesn’t want to be here next season.
TE Cole Kmet | INC
Speaking of Kmet … oh, never mind, he had zero targets.
Offensive Line | F
Ryan Poles said before today’s game that injuries have hurt this group this season. I would argue that no one has harmed this group more than Poles himself.
Defense
Defensive Line | D+
Hey, it wasn’t the worst performance we’ve seen this season.
Linebackers | D+
Ryan Poles letting Roquan Smith walk to spend a little less on Tremaine Edmunds to do much less will never not anger me.
Secondary | D+
Again, it’s not the worst we’ve seen. But this group is a shell of itself, and it’s genuinely baffling.
Special Teams
K Cairo Santos | A
Bonus points for being the only offense tonight? (Who cares, honestly?)
P Tory Taylor | C
Tory Taylor finally lived up to his college reputation, being the only offensive weapon on the field tonight.
Coaching
Thomas Brown | D
I can’t tell yet if I feel bad for Thomas Brown being thrust into this mess. Honestly, he’s not the guy, but he’s not as bad as these results indicate.
