Criss, Crane leading in Ukiah City Council race ...Middle East

One incumbent and one challenger were leading the race among the six candidates vying for two seats on the Ukiah City Council as the first results were posted Tuesday night. According to the results posted around 8:10 p.m. Nov. 5, challenger Heather Criss had the most votes at 1,009 (26.27%), and incumbent Douglas Crane was a close second with 969 votes (25.23%).
