The accident occurred at about 9:30 a.m., when a 63-year-old motorist lost control of his 2023 Jaguar XF in the 3500 block of East Harbor Drive in Barrio Logan, according to the San Diego Police Department. The northbound sports car veered to the right and struck a light pole at high speed, SDPD Officer Sarah Foster said.
