A Findlay man who pleaded guilty to two counts of rape will spend a decade in prison. Mitchel Kubacki, 20, appeared Monday in the courtroom of Wood County Common Pleas Judge Molly Mack. A bill of information was filed in May, after the case, on approval of all parties, was transferred to common pleas court from juvenile court. In August, Kubacki entered pleas of guilty to the two charges, which are both first-degree felonies. “It’s a difficult case because we’re dealing with a family connection,” said Wood County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Pamela Gross.
