Le rideau est tombé, ce samedi 10 juillet à Kinshasa au troisième jour des états généraux sur les mines en RDC. Elles constituent l’essentiel des exportations du pays mais ne rapportent pas suffisamment dans les caisses de l’État. Plus de cent recommandations sont sorties de ces assises, rédigées par la centaine de participants, autorités et dirigeants d’entreprises minières, pour faire du secteur minier « le moteur de croissance et de développement socio-économique ». Des sites d’extraction en passant par l’exportation et la commercialisation jusqu’au rapatriement des recettes au pays, le secteur a été passé au crible.
