Sonora, CA…44-Year-old Jeannette Papineau of Torrance, California, was arrested Sunday for battery and assault with a deadly weapon. On May 30, just before 6:30 pm, Officers were dispatched to the Heaven for Kids skate park for a report of a woman with a knife. When the officers arrived on scene, bystanders identified Papineau as the subject who brandished the knife. Papineau was detained, and officers recovered the knife alleged to have been used during the incident. The victim reported having a verbal altercation with Papineau, which became physical when Papineau grabbed her by her hair and struck her head multiple times.
