Khalid Al Marzouqi has been named as the chief executive officer of the National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed). Al Marzouqi was appointed by Tabreed’s board of directors. According to a statement, Al Marzouqi joins Tabreed from Dolphin Energy Limited, where he was COO – Downstream, responsible for overseeing the entire Operations Downstream Division in the UAE. Prior to this he was SVP of Dolphin’s Technical Services Division and served in senior roles at the Abu Dhabi Department of Transport, Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) and ADCO.
