The Balochistan government has closed the University of Balochistan over concerns of rising coronavirus cases in the province. The decision was taken by the Ministry for Federal Education and Professional Training. In a notification issued on April 28, the government announced that the varsity will be closed for all teaching and non-teaching staff from April 29 to May 18. “All the on-semester scheduled semester, practical, and viva exams have been postponed till June 15,” it stated.
