Au Mali, l’armée malienne et la force française Barkhane annoncent avoir mené une opération conjointe dans le cercle de Niono. Une vingtaine de jihadistes auraient été tués par des frappes aériennes, lundi, dans ce cercle où un accord de cessez-le-feu avait été conclu à la mi-avril. Mais cet accord n’engage pas les forces armées, ni maliennes ni françaises. Il n’est donc pas remis en cause.
