Three days before the Pipili bypoll, Congress candidate Ajit Mangaraj passed away at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. He was 53. Ajit Mangaraj was hospitalized at a private hospital after he complained of breathing difficulties on April 7. He had tested positive for COVID-19. Following his death, the Pipili bypoll is likely to get postponed.
