India National Cricket Team captain Shubman Gill played a majestic knock in the second Test match of the five-match series against the England National Cricket Team.
Shubman Gill, unfortunately, fell short of a well-deserved triple ton at Edgbaston in Birmingham against England, and a surprising reaction of star wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant and India coach Sitanshu Kotak was caught on camera after the dismissal of the skipper.

Gill played one of the most iconic knocks in the history of Indian cricket during the match against the Three Lions and registered a double ton on Day 2.
After completing the double hundred, Gill accelerated his innings and in no time breached the 250-run mark. He set his eyes on the historic triple ton milestone, and with the way he was going, it looked like he would achieve it.
Shubman Gill was in total control while facing the England bowlers during his marathon knock, and he barely played false shots. However, his majestic innings had a disappointing end because the batter got out in a poor fashion.
On the third ball of the 144th over, Josh Tongue bowled a short ball to the Indian skipper, who went for a pull, but ended up hitting it straight to Ollie Pope at square leg.
He looked quite disappointed after getting out and walked off the field to an ovation from both the crowd and the Indian balcony, with a few English players congratulating him for his knock.
However, an interesting reaction of the Test vice-captain Rishabh Pant and batting coach Sitanshu Kotak was caught on camera after the dismissal of Shubman Gill.
Rishabh Pant and Sitanshu Kotak were standing on the balcony as Gill was walking back, and the duo were seen laughing and hugging each other, as if they were celebrating something.
