‘Underrated’ 80’s Rock Band Begins Farewell Tour but Fans Are Swooning over ‘Still Gorgeous’ Frontman, 64

Sometimes musicians don't get their flowers soon enough. For the band Winger, that couldn't be more true. The underrated '80s band is known for their charting hits like "Seventeen", "Headed for a Heartbreak" and "Miles Away," has actually been through quite a bit as a band.

Through rotating members to being mocked by Metallica, the band broke it off in 1994 and reunited in 2000. Now in 2025, Winger is embarking on their fare well tours in Australia and Japan, though no word of farewell tours have reached the U.K. or the U.S.

Fans are obviously bummed they're saying goodbye again, however, no one is minding the view as they walk away, hailing the lead singer Kip Winger, 64, as "hot" as ever.

Fans flooded the comments with compliments on how great they sound as well as how good he looks.

"He is still absolutely gorgeous," swooned one fan, as dozens of others left strings of fire and heart emojis.

"They are amazing in concert," added another as several other fans dropped names of where they have seen them and how much they loved the live show.

In 2023, Winger released a new album Seven, which Winger has noted might be their very last album together ever.

"I wanted to go back to the first record and and and incorporate what I remember," Kip Winger recently said on a podcast. "Doing on the first record with all the new approach from the subsequent records, bring back the old logo make sure every guy in the band, every original member, was playing on it you know and really kind of make a tribute to the band through my efforts on that album. It's a fantastic album, one of the best I've I've done."

Here's hoping U.S. fans will get an opportunity to catch this band, and their sultry lead singer, one last time in the U.S. soon.
