ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Warm and muggy with a shower and thunder threat Tuesday, especially in the afternoon. Not a rainout but may want to grab the umbrella before heading out. Clearing tonight with less humid weather for Wednesday. Nice sunshine on the way midweek.

Looking ahead to Thursday a front will move by in the morning with a shower or thunderstorm but that will clear for fine weather Thursday night for any fireworks shows. Friday the 4th looks beautiful with sunshine and comfortable weather in the 70s and low 80s. Weather will be clear for fireworks Friday night. Warmer and more humid weather builds into the weekend.
