Bunnie XO just bought a stranger a new home - and the reason why is sure to make fans teary-eyed.
Bunnie and her husband, country singer Jelly Roll, recently partnered with content creator Zachery Dereniowski who surprises unsuspecting strangers with gifts for their generosity. Together, the trio gave an elderly man named Peter a new home.
In a video posted to Dereniowski’s MDMotivator Instagram account, Bunnie XO and Jelly Roll were introduced to Peter, who is caring for his grandson Aaron as his daughter struggles with addiction. In a clip shared June 14, Peter was seen regifting Dereniowski's money to others in need in celebration of Father’s Day.
"I’ve been following Zach on social media and absolutely love how inspiring he is," Bunnie shared with E! News. "What he does for people is so beautiful. Watching Peter’s story and how he gave back to somebody when he's probably at one of the lowest points in his life without hesitation just made me to want to do the same."

In a video posted on Friday, June 27, Dereniowski lead a blindfolded Peter, with grandson Eric in tow, to their new home, gifted to them by Bunnie XO and Jelly Roll.
"I knew I needed to give back to him and his little grandson,” Bunnie told E! News. "I hope they both enjoy their new camper so much and maybe next time we're on tour we can stop by and visit them."

After his new home was unveiled, Peter began to tear up.
"Oh God, you’re kidding," he said in the video. "Wow."
"My dream for Aaron is for his mom to get better, he’s getting a little distant from her," Peter continued, noting that his grandson is who keeps him going.
In true Peter fashion, he continued to pay the generosity forward. He gifted his former camper to a nearby neighbor who had been living in a tent.
"There is good at the end of the rainbow, you know what I’m saying?" Peter said.
