ESPN issues final NBA mock draft, updates projections for all SEC prospects

The 2025 NBA Draft begins on Wednesday night with Round 1 action.

There are numerous former SEC stars expected to be picked on Day 1, led by former Oklahoma guard Jeremiah Fears and former Texas guard Tre Johnson. Both of those prospects could end up going in the top 5 (or shortly thereafter).

    With just a few hours before the draft is set to begin, ESPN’s Jonathan Givony and Jeremy Woo have updated their mock draft. Here’s a look at where every SEC prospect is currently projected to land:

    In total, the SEC is projected to have 5 first-round picks and 6 second-round picks. Kentucky is expected to be excluded from the first round for the NBA Draft for the first time since 2009.

    The 2025 draft is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET on ABC (live stream via FuboTV free trial).
