Bre Tiesi was accused of refusing to appear for a deposition in the court battle with her former nanny — who accused the Selling Sunset star of mocking her mental disability — Us Weekly can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by Us, Lucy Poole, who served as Tiesi’s nanny, along with two other former employees – social media manager Amanda Bustard and personal assistant Kenneth Gomez – claim the reality star “failed to appear” at two depositions.
The former employees, who are all plaintiffs in the lawsuit, alleged that Tiesi, 34, has “refused (through counsel) to provide any alternative dates, despite having requested the same multiple times.”
They told the court they did not believe the issue was complicated. Tiesi’s former employees said they will be asking the court to intervene in the near future.

In the complaint, Poole alleged she was hired in July 2022 and her employment ended in September 2023. While on the job, she claimed Tiesi often ridiculed her by calling her a “dodo head,” “ADHD idiot,” “short bus riding [R-word]” and other names.

She also accused Tiesi of using a derogatory gay slur.
The complaint alleged Tiesi had Poole throw away anything that displayed “rainbows” or items that could be considered “feminine” that were in her kid’s closet.
Tiesi has a son named Legendary Love, whose father is Nick Cannon, born in 2022.

The suit read, “On or around September 7, 2023, [Tiesi] flew into a rage. She began screaming that [Poole] was a ‘f***ing idiot’ and ‘a short bus bitch who can’t do s***.’ When [Poole] announced that she was going to leave because she did not want to be spoken to that way, [Tiesi] chased after her while screaming, ‘I’ll slam you against the wall,’ ‘I’ll pull every piece of your hair out of your head,’ and, ‘I’m going to beat the s*** out of you,’ among other vulgar and violent things.”
“[Poole] was so terrified that [Tiesi] was going to cause her actual physical harm that she ran out of the house, jumped into her car, and sped away. [Poole] did not return to work from that point forward,” the suit continued.
Nick Cannon and Bre Tiesi Timothy Norris/Getty Images for The Recording AcademyBustard, one of the other plaintiffs, accused Tiesi of calling her a “dumb blonde.” Gomez, who also worked for the reality star, claimed he had to hear Tiesi make “derogatory and demeaning” remarks about the LGBTQ community, of which he is a member.
The lawsuit demanded $3 million in damages from Tiesi.

In response, Tiesi denied all allegations of wrongdoing. She was adamant that she did not allow harassment and made sure to correct any improper behavior.
Tiesi’s lawyer wrote, “The complaint is barred, in whole or in part, because [Tiesi] conduct was privileged, justified, and/or permissible under California law, consistent with community standards, and Defendants had a good-faith belief that it had a legal right to engage in the conduct.”
The Selling Sunset star asked the court to throw out the lawsuit.
Tiesi joined the Netflix reality show centered on the agents at the Oppenheim Group, a luxury real estate brokerage firm, in season 6. The show went into production on season 9 in December 2024.
