DENVER (KDVR) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 1-year-old girl who the Araphoe County Sheriff's Office said was taken by force by her noncustodial parents, 42-year-old Jared Reid and 41-year-old Rose Kim.
The girl, Ardin Reid, was taken near the 5160 block of S. Quintero St. in Centennial at 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning, the sheriff's office said.
Jared Reid is considered armed and dangerous, according to the sheriff's office. As of the time of this writing, the sheriff's office and SWAT teams are posted outside of an apartment in the 7700 block of E. Phillips Cir. in Centennial.
The sheriff's office said the scene is related to the Amber Alert, with SWAT teams and other officials on a megaphone telling someone to come out of the apartment, according to Fox31's Gabby Easterwood.
