The Northern Colorado Young Professionals are hosting their second annual Amazing Race in downtown Greeley.
The event starts with networking, snacks and check-in at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 17, at the Greeley Ice Haus, 900 8th Ave. The race begins at 5:30 p.m.
This high-energy event allows young professionals and community members to partake in an evening of camaraderie, competition and local discovery.
Participants will be grouped into teams on-site. Once teams are assembled, they will take off on a fast-paced, 1-mile adventure featuring interactive challenges at various downtown businesses. The race is expected to last 45 minutes.
“This event is about more than just a race — it’s about building connections, exploring our vibrant downtown, and celebrating the spirit of Greeley,” said a spokesperson for Northern Colorado Young Professionals. “It’s a fun way to meet new people, challenge yourself, and support our local businesses.”
All finishing participants will receive a complimentary drink ticket and food to celebrate the end of the race.
To register, go to tinyurl.com/2rc3z8tz. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
The organization is still looking for a title sponsor for the race. The title sponsorship costs $1,000.
The title sponsor will receive the first right of refusal for next year’s race and prominent logo placement across all event digital and print marketing materials. It also comes with the opportunity to interact with event participants during Friday Fest, with an $850 value pop-up space to promote your business and the Amazing Race.
If interested in being the title sponsor, email Daniela Hernandez at [email protected].
