ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Nice start to the week with sunshine Monday morning giving way to some clouds and a small shower threat this afternoon but most of the day will be dry. Milder afternoon ahead with temps into the upper 70s. Looking ahead to Tuesday we should get into the 80s with mainly dry weather but a small shower/thunder threat possible in the afternoon. Turning more humid midweek as temps reach the mid 80s on Wednesday with a better chance for showers and storms with some downpours possible.
Clearing and more comfortable to end the week on Friday with a nice start to the weekend. Looking further ahead temps could soar Sunday into early next week towards 90 degrees. With the heat will come more haze and humidity as summer weather arrives with the season. Summer officially starts Friday night at 10:42PM.
