Angelina Jolie’s brother, James Haven, settled his annulment with his ex Romi Imbelli after she accused him of fraud, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On June 5, Imbelli filed the agreement that was signed by the exes last month.
The agreement lists the date of marriage as August 12, 2024, and the date of separation as August 26, 2024.
“The purpose of this agreement is to make a final and complete settlement of all rights and obligations between [Haven and Imbelli], including all property rights,” the paperwork read.

“[They] agree on an annulment based on fraud carried out by [Haven] with none of the wife’s knowledge at the time of marriage.”
The exes do not share any children.

Both Haven, 52, and Imbelli waived their right to spousal support. The couple did not own a family residence and did not have any community property.

The exes also agreed that all assets acquired by either party before the split shall be the separate property of the party who received them.
Haven and Imbelli noted that if they reconciled, “this agreement … remain in full effect unless and until it is modified or revoked” by the former couple.
Imbelli tells Us, “I submitted the filing shortly after our marriage. It’s been a challenging year, and despite my efforts to salvage the relationship, I ultimately had to end it. He vanished, and we were never truly married. I’ve moved on, seeking only my peace of mind and wanting to close that chapter of my life. Now, I’m ready to concentrate on my new love and future. This is all something … behind me.”

In her filing, Imbelli asked that her maiden name be restored. Haven responded to the annulment in September 2024.
He agreed that the marriage should be annulled by the court due to “fraud.” He did not dispute the date of separation listed by his ex.

Court documents show the duo exchanged financial documents, which is a necessary step to finalizing a divorce in late 2024, but the case had no movement for several months until recently.
Haven and Imbelli’s marriage was not known to the world until she announced it via Instagram in December 2024.

Imbelli added, “Our wedding day was intimate, just us and our parents while exchanging vows, with plans to have a larger celebration later.”
In January, Imbelli told In Touch that the annulment was set to be called off due to her reconciling with Haven. She told the outlet, “[we are] happily back together and very much married.”
However, the reunion was short-lived. Imeblli told People in March that the reconciliation did not work and the annulment was back on.
In a statement to the outlet, Imbelli said, “After careful consideration, I have decided to move forward with the annulment of my marriage to James Haven. As reflected in public record, the reason cited remains fraud.”
The judge has yet to sign off on the divorce.
