International football continues to take precedent on Tuesday, with World Cup qualifiers and friendlies taking place across the globe.
After a below-par performance in World Cup qualifying against Andorra, Thomas Tuchel’s England will be looking for a response when they host Senegal in a friendly at the City Ground.
That game in Nottingham, along with a World Cup qualifier between the Netherlands and Malta and a friendly between Northern Ireland and Iceland provide the three selections for Tuesday’s tips.

Bet of the Day – Iceland to beat Northern Ireland @ 12/5
Starting in Belfast, Iceland are a great price to claim the win over Northern Ireland in Tuesday’s international friendly at Windsor Park.
Iceland got the better of Scotland in their last outing with a 3-1 victory over Steve Clarke’s side in Glasgow.
That result should give Iceland a confidence boost as they go in search of a third consecutive win over Northern Ireland.
Failing to win any of their last four games, the hosts are on a poor run of form and Iceland are an eye-catching price for the victory in Belfast.
Special of the Day – Netherlands v Malta: Bet Boost – Match Over 5.5 goals @ 11/4
The Netherlands are firm favourites to beat Malta in what should be a one-sided affair at Euroborg in Groningen.
These sides have met on six previous occasions and the current aggregate score from these games currently stands at 28-0 in favour of the Dutch.
Malta have had players sent off in two of their last three games, showing discipline could be an issue for this side.
The Oranje have the firepower to win this game comfortably, but Malta going down to 10 men or worse could see this game turn into a cricket score.
With that in mind, over 5.5 total goals gets the nod here at boosted odds of 11/4.
Longshot of the Day – England v Senegal: Senegal to win @ 13/2
Looking at a longshot for Tuesday, there could be an upset at the City Ground, when England host Senegal in an international friendly.
New manager Tuchel was critical of his side’s performance on Saturday as they only just got three points in Andorra.
The German tactician questioned his team’s attitude and even suggested they had not taken the game seriously, even in a World Cup qualifier.
Expect Tuchel to tinker with his squad and give fringe players minutes on Tuesday, but that could lead to an upset by the River Trent.
Senegal are in strong form, going unbeaten in their last nine games with seven wins and two draws.
The Lions of Teranga have been successful largely down to their impressive defence, having kept six clean sheets in their last eight games.
With England set to feature some fringe players, while also playing away from their familiar home at Wembley, this looks like a great opportunity for in-form Senegal to spring a surprise and the visitors are 13/2 to claim the victory in the East Midlands.
