Thomas Partey could yet have a future at Arsenal.
The north London club announced their full retained list on Wednesday ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The Ghanaian’s contract is set to expire later this month but is still to find an agreement for an extension.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has made clear his intention to keep the midfielder at the club with negotiations over a new deal underway.
Arteta, meanwhile, will be unable to call upon both Kieran Tierney and Jorginho after both players said their farewells after the win at Southampton on the final day of the season.
Tierney is expected to seal a return for former club Celtic while Jorginho is set to play for Brazilian side Flamengo next year.
Both Neto and Raheem Sterling’s loan deals will come to an end this month which will see them return to Bournemouth and Chelsea respectively.
The club have released multiple youth players who were not offered contract renewals.
A club statement read: “Ahead of the official Premier League announcement of all men’s players who will be out of contract on June 30, we are taking this opportunity to say thank you to those leaving us when their contracts are completed at the end of the month.
“This includes men’s players and scholars who have represented the club at first-team, under-21, and under-18 levels, together with members of our women’s squad, whose departures have been previously announced.”
Nathan Butler-Oyedeji, Reece Clairmont, Khayon Edwards, Jakai Fisher, Romari Forde, Jimi Gower and Jack Henry-Francis will all leave the club this month.
As will Max Kuczynski, Salah-Eddine Oulad M’Hand, Ismail M’Hand, Brian Okonkwo, Elian Quesada-Thorn and Zacariah Shuaib.

Lina Hurtig, Amanda Ilestedt and Teyah Goldie are to depart while Chloe Kelly might yet stay, having completed her loan from Manchester City.
The statement concluded: “We thank all the players leaving us for their contributions to the club. You will always be part of the Arsenal family and we wish you all the best of health and happiness in your futures.
“Any further developments regarding players extending their contracts, as well as joining/re-joining, or leaving us, will be officially communicated when confirmed.”
