SHERIFF’S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
CARRYING A CONCEALED DIRK OR DAGGER: Sergio Cervantes Rodriguez, 34, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail May 29 on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, shoplifting, possessing a controlled substance and obstructing a first responder. He was arrested by the MCSO.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF WEAPONS: Jonathon A. Delbello, 34, of Willits, was booked at county jail May 29 on suspicion of illegal possession of deadly weapons and disorderly conduct. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
DRUG POSSESSION: Audra L. Hruska, 53, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail May 29 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with priors. She was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Benjamin J. Gayski Jr., 33, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail May 30 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
UNLAWFUL SEX: Armando Gonzalez, 24, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail May 30 on suspicion of unlawful sex with a minor and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Zackary J. Leonard, 29, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail May 30 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and violating his probation. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
ROBBERY: Emergene Phillips, 25, of Covelo, was booked at county jail May 30 on suspicion of robbery, domestic violence, illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition, receiving or concealing stolen property and violating his parole. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: William J. Schempf, 35, of Rohnert Park, was booked at county jail May 30 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Eric S. Sundvold, 37, of Willits, was booked at county jail May 30 on suspicion of attempted burglary, child cruelty, obstruction, resisting, indecent exposure and being under the influence. He was arrested by the WPD.
HIT AND RUN: Clifford L. Ford, 70, of Willits, was booked at county jail May 31 on suspicion of hit and run resulting in injury and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested by the MCSO.
GRAND THEFT: Ryan G. Sundstrom, 26, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail May 31 on suspicion of grand theft and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Solamon C. Acosta, 27, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSION OF AN ASSAULT WEAPON: Ivan A. Aguilar, 19, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 1 on suspicion of possessing an assault weapon, illegally carrying a loaded firearm, obstructing/resisting and committing offenses while out on bail. He was arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSION OF AN ASSAULT WEAPON: Rolando Perez, 20, of Willits, was booked at county jail June 1 on suspicion of possessing an assault weapon, illegally carrying a loaded firearm and obstructing/resisting. He was arrested by the CHP.
ATTEMPTED MURDER: Ener Reyes Delgado, 44, of Potter Valley, was booked at county jail June 1 on suspicion of attempted murder He was arrested by the MCSO.
POSSESSION OF AN ASSAULT WEAPON: Jason B. Tafolla, 18, of Willits, was booked at county jail June 1 on suspicion of possessing an assault weapon, illegally carrying a loaded firearm and obstructing/resisting. He was arrested by the CHP.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
