Like eye-catching pieces of candy, the sweet rides were lined up in a long row on the Huntington Beach Pier Sunday, June 1.

In all kinds of colors, wrapped in shiny chrome, the classic VW Vans owned by members of the Kowabunga Van Klan were back for their annual car show hosted on the pier.

    The Buses on the Pier event has been held for years, a gathering that reminds of all the cool times had at the beach and hanging out.
