Tim McGraw's wife, Faith Hill, has been MIA since deactivating her Instagram and X accounts in 2024, prompting fans to wonder: What happened?
About nine months ago, the "Breathe" songstress, 57, mysteriously disappeared from social media. It's a fairly common practice for artists to wipe their grids before returning and announcing a new project—so at first, many fans hoped that was the case for Hill.

However, the country singer still hasn't returned to Instagram or X. Let's take a closer look.
What happened to Faith Hill?
In August 2024, Hill deleted her Instagram and accounts without explanation.
One X user pointed out her absence, writing, "How come no one has noticed that Faith Hill deleted her Instagram page? What's up with that?"
Some folks on Reddit even considered starting a petition to bring back the country singer

In September, McGraw posted a birthday shoutout to his wife with a bold political message that prompted major backlash from fans.
After a couple of months passed, the "Live Like You Were Dying" crooner shared a couple of videos featuring Hill on Instagram. One showed a performance from the 2012 Country Music Awards, while another featured his song "One Bad Habit."
Also in November, McGraw and Hill attended the premiere of Beatles '64 in New York City.
