Former One Direction member Zayn Malik uploaded a new selfie on May 25, showing off his full beard. The selfie marks the first post that Malik has uploaded to his Instagram feed since March.
"MI VIDAA," Malik captioned the photo. He wore a white tank top and a black baseball cap promoting the hit HBO series, The Last of Us.

Fans took to the comments section to react to Malik's look — and many approved.

Malik mourned the loss of One Direction member Liam Payne back in October. Payne died after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
"Liam, I have found myself talking out loud to you, hoping you can hear me, I can’t help but think selfishly that there was so many more conversations for us to have in our lives," he captioned an Instagram post. "I never got to thank you for supporting me through some of the most difficult times in my life."
"When I was missing home as a 17 yr old kid you would always be there with a positive outlook and reassuring smile and let me know you were my friend and that I was loved. Even though you were younger than me you were always more sensible than me, you were headstrong, opinionated, and gave no fucks about telling people when they were wrong," Malik continued.
