WHITEHALL, Ohio (WCMH) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 1-year-old taken from a foster care center.
Whitehall police say that Kesean Bailey was taken from Buckeye Ranch during a supervised visit on Friday morning. The suspect is Kesean's mother, Kristin Bailey, 26, who does not have custody of him.
They were last seen leaving in a white SUV.
Kesean was wearing a gray sweatshirt and sweatpants, with brown and white shoes. He is about 2 feet 6. Kristin was wearing a gray and white shirt and ripped jeans, with sandals. She is 5-3 and 220 pounds. Both are Black with black hair and brown eyes.
Kesean had been reported missing before, when he was 4 months old. He was found the same evening by Columbus police with Kristin. Charges were not filed in that incident.
Anyone with information is asked to contact 911.
