Students involved in Anaheim Elementary School District’s Anaheim Succeeds! programs played their way into the history books on Wednesday, May 21.

Or at least the Guinness World Records — according to preliminary results — for a giant game of Red Light, Green Light.

The attempt to break the record was held at Yorba Regional Park, and involved students from several of the district’s 23 campuses.

It was organized by CF Fitness, which helps provide the before- and after-school enrichment programs for Anaheim Succeeds! It has been working with the district for three years, offering structured play, cooking classes, STEAM activities, dancing programs, activities to combat bullying and more.
