The Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has refused to build new chip manufacturing facilities in Qatar, Singapore and India, suggests a report in the Taiwanese press. TSMC's overseas expansion has been at the center of coverage surrounding the firm these past few years, as it has built new plants in Japan and the US. Among these, the US site is currently producing advanced 4-nanometer products.
