Kevin De Bruyne’s Manchester City career is approaching its conclusion after many years of glory.
The attacking midfielder’s contract is up at the end of the season, and it won’t be renewed, meaning he’s seeking pastures new.
The match against Bournemouth was his final at the Etihad Stadium, with his last actual game for the Citizens on Sunday at Craven Cottage against Fulham.
It brings to an end an incredible career in Manchester for one of the best players we’ve ever seen in the Premier League.
But just how good are his numbers?
Kevin De Bruyne: Goals
Since joining Man City in the summer of 2015 from Wolfsburg, De Bruyne has established himself as a Man City legend.
This is a player who has a serious strike on him, while the number of important goals he scored also can’t be discounted.
De Bruyne has played 421 games for the Citizens, scoring 108 goals.
Of those 108 goals, 72 of those have been in the Premier League, putting him 68th in the all-time list.
He is level with Danny Ings but has more than Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Luis Suarez, to name a couple.
In the Champions League for City, De Bruyne has 16 goals in UEFA’s premier competition.
The rest of his goals are spread out over the FA Cup and League Cup.

De Bruyne’s goal numbers are impressive enough, but where he truly excelled was in putting the ball on a plate for his teammates.
De Bruyne once spoke about actively avoiding safe passes in games because he knew how important those match-changing actions could be.
We are talking about a player who could put a ball onto anyone’s head or foot from basically anywhere on the pitch.
As a result, his assist numbers are ridiculous.
According to Transfermarkt, De Bruyne has 177 assists in all competitions.
Unsurprisingly, the majority of these assists have been in the Premier League, with the Belgian recording 119 in the top-flight.
These are outstanding numbers and put him second on the all-time list, with Ryan Giggs the only player ahead of him.
Giggs played a lot more games as well.
He’s clear of Cesc Fabregas, Mohamed Salah and Steven Gerrard in this category.
The Champions League has also been fruitful for De Bruyne regarding assists, bagging 28 during his time with City.
The rest of his assists have all been in the domestic cup competitions.
