ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN)-- Four additional suspects who police believe were involved in the deadly Juneteenth celebration shooting in 2024 have been arrested, according to the Round Rock Police Department Monday.
The incident, which occurred at Old Settlers Park during the city’s annual celebration on June 15 in Round Rock, resulted in two deaths and 14 injuries.
According to police, Terrell Hatch, 18; Payton Green, 20; Terren Jackson, 18; and Amarjai Terry, 17, were arrested by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.
All suspects are currently being held at the Williamson County Jail and face charges of engaging in criminal activity with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, a first-degree felony.
Round Rock Police said the recent arrests are in addition to the individuals who were previously taken into custody in connection with the Juneteenth shooting.
RRPD thanked additional law enforcement entities who helped with this investigation.
“We thank the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force for their continued support and partnership in this investigation,” the department said in a statement posted on Facebook.
