A WOMAN has left people with their jaws on the floor after sharing her epic makeover – which they reckon has shaved ten years off her face.
Whether it’s wearing less make-up, giving up fake tan for good, or doing the very opposite, most of us will change our style and aesthetic at some point in our life.
However, whilst social media is full of thousands of glow-ups and downs, you mind find it challenging to spot one more fabulous than Charlo’s transformation.
Similar to the vial ”clean girl aesthetic”, a glow-down is rooted in the idea of ”less is more”.
It promotes enhancing natural beauty – rather than covering it up.
With a glow-down, out are the hair extensions, fake nails and mega lashes – and in is learning how to take care of your skin to make it radiant.
Before embarking on her transformation journey, the young woman was sporting mega eyelashes, as well as a huge pout.
According to Charlo, from Newcastle, she was ”so obsessed with looking fake” at the time – and was considering getting even more lip filler.
The blonde beauty explained that she struggles with body dysmorphia, which significantly distorts the reflection in the mirror.
”When I start, there is no stopping. My own appearance becomes so distorted in my brain.
”In that first video where I’m showing my lips, I was literally sending that to my friend, saying that I wanted them to be bigger.
”I’m not hating on fillers or people who do have fillers, I am hating on my old mindset of wanting to look fake,” she said in a recent video.
However, after changing her appearance to unrecognition, Charlo realised that the fake look simply wasn’t for her – and toned it down quite a bit.
Sharing the jaw-dropping glow-down on TikTok, where it’s since gone viral, the Newcastle lass showed viewers what her face looked like naturally and with less filler.
”Don’t get me wrong i miss it but how cute is this trend,” said the stunner who posts under the username @charlo.mxx.
The clip, which has racked up more than a whopping 4million views in just two days, saw Charlo reveal what she had been hiding all this time.

Amazed by the makeover, close to 720k social media users gave the video a like, as a further 761 flooded to comments to share their thoughts.
One person said: ”so much more beautiful naturally omg.”
”you look 10 years younger girl,” someone else told Charlo who was ”only 18” in the first half of the video.
”It’s heart-breaking to see people look completely different when they’re already stunning,” thought another.
”There’s not enough oxygen for the gasp i did,” a fourth chimed in.
