Hannah Gosselin, 21, opened up about her childhood in a recent Teen Vogue interview. The former child star had an unusual upbringing: she, her seven siblings, and her parents were filmed in their Pennsylvania home three days a week.
From 2007 to 2009, many of us tuned into TLC's hottest family show: Jon & Kate Plus 8. For two years, Jon and Kate Gosselin showed their unique life of raising twins and sextuplets, from school trips and birthday parties to tantrums and timeouts.
After the couple's divorce in 2009, the show continued under the name Kate Plus 8 until 2017.

Hannah, the second-oldest girl of the sextuplets, said that she and her siblings considered it "normal" to be filmed throughout their childhood.
"You’re always surrounded," Gosselin said. "The film crew was there 24/7.”
While the constant filming was sometimes a family bonding experience, other times it was hard to watch family strife be captured.
“[Filming] made my siblings and I closer to each other, even though it made my parents further from each other," Gosselin said. “It’s hard to go back and watch my parents argue.”
