WINDSOR — Third-seeded Windsor picked up a calm, cool and collected 3-1 win over No. 6 Mead on Tuesday in the Class 4A girls soccer state tournament’s quarterfinals.
The Wizards (15-3) received two goals from sophomore Tatum Gentry and one from freshman Rylinn Barnhardt.
With the win, which was Windsor’s 10th in a row, the Wizards advance to the state semifinals and will face No. 10 Rampart (12-3-3) at 5 p.m. Thursday at Trailblazer Stadium in Lakewood.
