PATRICK Mahomes has earned yet another accolade on his way to a Hall of Fame career.
Just eight years after being drafted, Mahomes already looks like a guaranteed Hall of Famers.
Mahomes has more accolades than you can count on one hand.
He already is a six-time Pro Bowler, three-time All-Pro, two-time MVP, and three-time Super Bowl winner.
Mahomes also has three Super Bowl MVPs in his trolphy room.
However, on Sunday he announced a new accolade to add to his resume.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is having his name enshrined in the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame.
He played at Whitehouse high school, and announced that 15 schools, including his, will wear Adidas uniforms adorned with the Mahomes logo.
“Whitehouse, Texas is where it all began,” he said.
“It’s an honor to be inducted into the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame.”
“As a part of this recognition, I’m proud to announce that @adidasfballus and I are signing 15 high schools to Team Mahomes that will represent my Gladiator logo on uniform, starting with Whitehouse High School. This is just the beginning.”
NFL fans went wild for Mahomes’ announcement and shared their thoughts on social media.
“Certified Hall of Famer,” the NFL commented on his post.
“Greatest Quarterback to ever touch earth!” one fan said.
“Congratulations on your accomplishment!” another fan said.
“An amazing QB and human doing extraordinary things,” a third fan said.

“Congratulations on all you have achieved,” a fourth fan said.
Mahomes came close to adding even more hardware to his trophy closet this season, going to his third straight Super Bowl.
If he won, the Chiefs would have become the first team to ever three-peat.
However, they suffered a devastating loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
