A man injured at the Mission Trails Regional Park Saturday was helped down by first responders, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. The rescue was first reported at 8:38 a.m.
According to SDFD, the man fell but didn’t need to be hospitalized. Further details about his injury or exactly where in the park it happened were unavailable.
Twenty-five first responders were on the scene during the rescue, and the cities of El Cajon and La Mesa were also assisted.
