Hypocrite Meghan using Archie & Lilibet to make a point & play games with new pic – we’re fed up, blasts royal expert

HYPOCRITE Meghan Markle is shamelessly using Archie and Lilibet in cryptic new photo to make a point – but we’re fed up with her games, says a royal expert.

The Duchess of Sussex posted a black and white snap of her young kids alongside dad Prince Harry in the garden of their California home yesterday.

The trio all have their backs to the camera and there’s no caption.

The snap was shared after the Duke gave a scathing interview on Friday, blaming the Royal Family for his failed appeal to regain public-funded security that was axed after Megxit.

Royal author Hugo Vickers said of the photo “that’s what they do” in reference to Meghan and Harry’s previous veiled digs at the Firm.

“I’m personally getting a bit fed up of seeing photographs of the back of the heads of the children,” he said.

He added Meghan is “playing games with us, and that’s what she’s always done”.

“This seems to be her latest ploy, and these things come out on a regular basis,” Mr Vickers continued.

“There’s going to come a time when those children grow up and they realise that they’re being used in this way by their mother for publicity purposes.”

Insiders told The Sun over the weekend King Charles had hoped for a reunion with his youngest son, but this hinged on his reaction to the court loss.

Then hours later, Harry appeared in a TV interview, claiming to also want “reconciliation” with his family before blaming the loss of his multimillion-pound fight on his father.

The raging prince declared: “This whole thing could be resolved through him.”

The Duke also revealed in the bombshell interview that King Charles refuses to speak to him “because of this security stuff”.

Mr Vickers said the latest photo is, on the one hand, the Sussexes “trying to show us that they are still a contented, happy family”, adding: “Let’s hope they are.”

But, on the other hand, he said: “The real reason is because they have to… keep themselves in front of the public eye.

“He (Harry) certainly achieved a lot of that over the weekend.”

Mr Vickers said Meghan would probably argue she doesn’t want the children’s faces in photos “for security reasons” as she doesn’t want them “easily identified”.

“But you know that doesn’t really wash quite, honestly,” he said.

“They are being used, and they are the King’s grandchildren, as he (Harry) made the point of in his ill-advised broadcast on Friday.

“So that’s why they’re being used.”

Asked if the post was supposed to signify the Sussexes turning their backs on the Royal Family, mimicking their departure as working members in 2020, Mr Vickers said: “I would put it in a different way.

“I mean, yes, maybe that’s the message that she wishes to convey. But it’s very foolish to do such a thing.”

He described Charles as a “very compassionate man”, and referred to Harry himself writing in his memoir Spare about how his father had asked the Duke and Prince William to “not make my last years miserable” amid their feud.

“The King, I think, has always left the door wide open,” Mr Vickers added.

He believes Archie and Lilibet, as they grow up, may question why they don’t have a relationship with Charles or Meghan’s dad Thomas Markle.

It comes as the core of the Royal Family was seen today in central London for the VE Day celebrations, including meeting veterans and watching a Red Arrows flypast from Buckingham Palace balcony.

“It’s a lovely photograph of a father with his children having a nice time in a garden,” said Mr Vickers, of Meghan’s photo.

“That’s rather different from what’s going on today in London with the Royal Family out in force.

“Maybe some of them would have quite liked to be in a garden, but it wouldn’t have occurred to them for one minute to miss that parade, and not to do their bit, not to respect the veterans.

“That is the difference between what’s going on in California, and what’s going on in London today.”

Harry’s fiery statement in full as duke takes swipe at Charles over security row & makes claims over ‘shocking truths’

    By Emily Jane Davies

FURIOUS Prince Harry has taken another swipe at the royal family, accusing them of being the reason his security was axed after Megxit.

Hours after his astonishing BBC interview, the defeated prince released a second tirade blaming his family for the row.

Harry later released a statement, saying that the legal action was a last resort but it uncovered “shocking truths”.

He revealed he will be writing to the Home Secretary to ask her to review the matter.

The 40-year-old claimed that the “Royal Household are key decision-makers on RAVEC”.

“Before the Royal Household’s role on RAVEC was known, this secretive committee concluded that when my wife would join the royal family, she should not receive protection.

“Only when I asked for the name of the person willing to carry that risk did they reverse the decision.”

Speaking of the decision to strip the Sussexes of their security after Megxit, he said: “This reckless action knowingly put me and my family in harm’s way. Life is precious and I understand the fragility of it.”

The prince went on to say he remains committed to a life of public service and said: “All I’ve been asking for is safety.”

Harry continued: “To this present day, the Royal Household remain my sole representation on RAVEC for every visit and could call for this assessment to be done at any point.

“The only possible conclusion that can be drawn is that they choose not to because they known the outcome would prove that my security should never have been removed in the first place.

“My family and I have been subjected to well-documented neo-Nazi and extremist threats, including from Al-Qaeda.”

The prince went on to slam the lack of a risk assessment as a “dereliction of duty”.

Harry said he was born into “lifelong circumstances that create inherent security risks” as a royal.

He went on to say his hands have now been tied in seeking “legal recourse against the establishment”.

“This all comes from the same institutions that preyed upon my mother, that openly campaigned for the removal of our security, and continue to incite hatred towards me, my wife and even our children, while at the same time protecting the very power that they should be holding accountable.”
