Lewis Hamilton has listed a catalogue of issues with his Ferrari SF-25 after failing to make it into the final part of qualifying for the Miami Grand Prix.
Hamilton put on a brilliant strategic display during the sprint race earlier in the day, climbing from seventh on the starting grid to finish in third place in what was a chaotic and unpredictable event.
However, it was back to normality for the seven-time World Champion later on the same day during qualifying. Once again complaining of a lack of drivability from his Ferrari, Hamilton failed to make it out of Q2 and will start the Grand Prix from 12th position.
After spending 12 years at rival outfit Mercedes, the 40-year-old has struggled to adapt to the different driving style required to extract the maximum out of his Ferrari machinery, often languishing behind teammate Charles Leclerc.
We Have Problems
Speaking to Sky Sports F1 straight after the session, Hamilton listed off several issues with his SF-25 that resulted in his premature exit from qualifying.
He said: "We will keep trying. We are only six races in but we are struggling big time.
"We are trying our hardest not to make big set-up changes but no matter what we do it's so inconsistent every time we go out.

"We have problems with brakes, problems with this instability that we are struggling with and we are generally not quick enough. Just to get through to Q3 is tough for us," added Hamilton.
The Ferrari driver doesn't have high hopes for the Grand Prix either. He believes it will be very hard to climb back up into a points-paying position during the 57-lap event.

Hamilton continued: "Once you are on the backfoot, it's hard to pick up the points. Tomorrow will be hard work but we will try again. It's the same thing for me, I'm used to it but I will keep trying.
"And I will be back at the factory next week and just keep going," he concluded.
Max Verstappen of Red Bull claimed pole position around the Miami International Autodrome, and will start on the front row alongside the McLaren of Lando Norris.
