"I still talk to everybody, which is so nice," Thiessen tells Parade. "It's a long history I've had with those guys, and it's nice that we still have a close relationship even though we don't see each other all the time. But we text each other, we DM each other."

She continues: "And memory-wise, it was my first big show. It was my first big [thing] kind of coming into this industry. I had done other stuff, but it was the first thing that I became known for. I got to travel the world because of that show. A lot of firsts, a lot of going to Europe and all these things because of that show. So I'm very grateful for it, [and] that I got to do a lot of cool things because of that show."

Seeing as Saved by the Bell is still loved by fans across all decades, Thiessen tells Parade that partnering with Chili's for the launch of their Radical 'Rita, which is only $6 and available throughout the month of May, was a no-brainer, especially given her and husband Brady Smith's long history there.

"I have to say I have a nostalgic sort of connection to Chili's myself," Thiessen explains. "My husband, he loves Chili's. We used to hang out at Chili's actually when we first started dating, which is hilarious. I used to meet him at the bar and we have many, many memories of Chili's before we got married and before kids. So, it was actually kind of a full-circle sort of thing for me to be asked to launch their new margarita for May."
