Demi Lovato reignited Ozempic speculation from fans with new photos after debuting her dramatic weight loss.
On April 29, the former Disney Channel star took to Instagram with a carousel of photos following a recent physical transformation.

"??," Lovato, 32, captioned the update.
In the snaps, the "Skyscraper" singer posed on a balcony while wearing a long, turquoise skirt and a black T-shirt with white lettering. She wore her hair down in loose waves, accessorizing the look with sunglasses in some of the shots.

In the comments, Lovato's Instagram followers were divided—with many praising the singer for the gorgeous images and others drawing attention to her seemingly changing appearance.
One fan declared, "Every day more beautiful and wonderful, you look amazing queen, the new era comes with everything ??."
Another echoed, "Gahhhhdamn.. that face card be something seeeeerious ???????."
Lovato's fiancé, Jordan "Jutes" Lutes, also chimed in, writing, "Baby ?????."
However, some openly speculated about Ozempic or other GLP-1 medications.
