Arizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez was just looking for a nice place for a game of catch on his off day Monday.
What he found was even better: a passerby who wanted to show off his skills.

The park goer indeed had some skills to show off with some nifty glove work that the pitcher shared on his Instagram.

The southpaw added the park goer got to keep the ball when they were done. Rodriguez said his day was made because of the interaction, even though the park goer said it was his day that was made.
Rodriguez is in line to start after the off day on Tuesday against fellow lefty David Peterson as the Diamondbacks begin a three-game series at the New York Mets.
On the same day, Arizona reliever Kevin Ginkel shared pictures on Instagram from Central Park, indicating he had joined the team ahead of a potential season debut.
