Bill Belichick's girlfriend, Jordan Hudson, was quick to shut things down in the middle of his new interview when CBS Mornings co-host Tony Dokoupil tried to shift conversation toward their headline-making age-gap relationship.
"Not talking about this," the 24-year-old deadpanned from the producer's table nearby, as though she were his publicist, in the new video uploaded on Sunday, April 27, after the interviewer asked the 73-year-old to talk about how the could had met.
The two didn't address the awkward moment as it happened, but Dokoupil explained in a voiceover that “it’s a topic neither of them is comfortable commenting on.”
However, Hudson herself spoke out on their fourth "Meetiversary," revealing what the coach had written in her Deductive Logic textbook when they ran into each other for the very first time, reportedly on a flight from Massachusetts to Florida.
On the inside of the cover of the school book lives a handwritten message from Belichick, dated Feb. 11, 2021.
The two didn't start dating until 2023, though—and didn't go public until September 2024. It's unknown how they reconnected, which is perhaps what Dokoupil was going for, and what Hudson declined to reveal.
NBC Sports reports that Hudson interrupted the interview on several other occasions, though weren't able to confirm the exact number of times. According to the publication, the young woman has taken "a very active role" in the coach's life and "exert[s] a very high degree of influence"—something viewers observed in the comments, too.
"Yeah, that was a weird interview. That girlfriend is clearly running the show," one person noted, while another called is "sad" that "she's all up in his business and calling the shots."
