The patron at Kroger claimed they had their $212 grocery delivery cancelled with no warning.

The delivery included essential items such as onions and garlic, as well as vegetables and fish.

The customer added that this is not the first time they have had issues with the service and complained of “constant” delivery mix-ups.

They wrote on X: “Waiting on my grocery delivery. Hadn’t received the normal “you’re next” text.

“Checked the @kroger website and… CANCELLED?! Huh? How? Why? WTF?!

“I don’t normally torch companies on social media, but I constantly have issues with pick up & now delivery. Do better @kroger.”

Kroger replied to the unhappy customer to apologize and offer their support.

The retailer’s account responded: “Hi there! I’m sorry to hear about your inconvenience, and I truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

“Would you mind sending us a private message?”

Kroger added: “We’re eager to assist you and provide the best support possible.

“Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you!”

This comes after a fuming Kroger shopper was allegedly overcharged at checkout ten times in a row.

The angry customer voiced their frustration at the supermarket chain over X, writing: “@kroger 10th trip in a row that I’ve been overcharged by buying items on sale that then ring up full-price.

“Do I get a trophy for such a monumentous occasion?”

And this is not the first time shoppers have accused the chain of overcharging.

One customer was left fuming after allegedly only receiving one gift card, despite paying for two.

The shopper reached out to the company to air their grievances.

They claimed that they paid for two gift cards totalling $1,000, but were only given one of them.

They wrote on X: “@kroger Charged me for (2) $500 gift cards but ended up stealing one of the gift cards and left me paying $1,000 for a $500 gift card.”

Kroger responded through its official X account the next day.

The supermarket wrote: “Hi! I regret hearing about your inconvenience.

“Thank you for bringing this to our attention.”

Kroger did not apologize in its response to the customer, but promised to investigate the matter.

This comes after a shopper was denied lifesaving medication due to a broken store system.

The outrageous incident was revealed on an X post on March 16, which left a shopper having to compromise on how he paid.

The social media rant read: “@kroger @ExpressScripts You both need to get your act together.

“I went to Smiths in Springville, UT, to get my new meds.

“It was denied as the system is still not updated.

“I had to pay out of my pocket as my backup pharmacy was already closed.”

Kroger was approached by The US Sun for a comment.
