Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert celebrated a major anniversary with a "beautiful" photo of herself and her husband, Tim Busfield.
On April 24, the former child actress—who portrayed Laura Ingalls Wilder in the beloved historical Western drama—took to Instagram to mark her 12th wedding anniversary.

"12 years of true partnership, love, laughter, compassion, commitment, passion," Gilbert, 60, began the tribute to Busfield, 67.
The Little House on the Prairie alum listed many other highlights of their relationship, including, "laughter, cooking, kids, grandchildren, chickens, dogs, creating homes, films, plays, television."
Additionally, their romance has included "12 years of writing together, traveling, cuddling, delicious meals, romantic getaways, spooning, reflecting, meditating, praying. 12 years of baseball, yoga, dance class. 12 years of adventure, comfort, care and synergy. 12 years married."
Gilbert ended her message by calling Busfield her "favorite person who has my favorite face and my favorite soul," concluding, "How lucky I am. I love you @timbusfield . Happy anniversary."

In the comments, Instagram followers showed support for Gilbert and Busfield's relationship milestone.

Gilbert and Busfield said, "I do," on April 24, 2013; each was both married twice before. From 1988 to 1994, Gilbert was married to Bo Brinkman, followed by her marriage to Bruce Boxleitner from 1995 to 2011. She shares one son, Dakota, with Brinkman, and one son, Michael, with Boxleitner.
Busfield has three kids, Samuel, Daisy and Wilson.
