LIVERMORE — A woman, her daughter and the daughter’s boyfriend have been arrested and criminally charged for allegedly manufacturing and selling different drugs out of the house they live in, a short distance from Granada High School, according to authorities and court records.
The three adults — a 50-year-old woman, her 26-year-old daughter and a 43-year-old man police said is the daughter’s boyfriend — were charged April 15 with manufacturing a controlled substance other than PCP, and three counts of possession for sale of a controlled substance.
According to court records, the mother has three prior felony convictions: petty theft with priors in 2012, receiving stolen property in 2009 and first degree burglary in 2003. All three people are out of custody pending arraignment April 29.

The investigation included surveillance of the home.
The warrants uncovered an operational lab in the garage for the manufacture of dimethyltryptamine or DMT, an illegal hallucinogenic drug classified as a Schedule 1 controlled substance, authorities said. Suspected methamphetamine, cocaine and hydrocodone were also found in different parts of the home, police said.
Police have not said how much in sales they believe the suspects were doing, but did say the home “was an active residence with people coming and going at various hours of the day.” There was no indication any students were purchasing drugs from the trio, according to authorities.
